Shipping policy

Expect shipping to take 2-8 days. We will send you a tracking number as soon as we have received it from the courier company. In some cases, a Dulzura representative will hand deliver the package to their local area, these deliveries will receive a text message or email notification informing them of this. In these cases, expect the package to arrive in 1-2 business days.

If a package has not been delivered by a courier company, please notify us on info@dulzura.com.au and we will do our best to rectify the situation, so you can have your premium Colombian coffee as soon as possible.
